- Majority of our Tuna are long line caught from The Hawaiian shores
- Our Tuna is ice bleed on the boats to insure the highest quality upon arrival
- Season: June – December Hawaiian Shores, January to May imported from Spain, Thailand and the Australian Shores
- Size: loins size sold vary from 8lbs. - 20lbs.

- Is know to have the highest fat content out of all the tuna
- From Long Island to Nova Scotia
- Season: December to June
