Sea Scallops 
Diver and Day Boats:
Diver Sea scallops are picked by hand from the water by scuba divers, as opposed Day Boat Scallops, those that are dredged en masse by a net that scrapes the ocean or river bottom.
- Our Sea Scallops come from the North coast of Maine
- Season:
- Diver Scallops: December to March
- Day Boats Scallops: All year round
- Sizes: 10 - 20 per lbs. to Uder 10 per lbs
