Peconic Bay Scallops 

• Harvested in Amagasnett Long Island NY. 
• Shucked daily to keep their rich camio and cream coloring.
• Same species as Nantucket Bay, but a little and slightly sweeter sold shucked or in their shell.
• Season: November to March
